5. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. Digheigg is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours at digheigg@gmail.com.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Digheigg is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or any additional charges applied during the import process.
7. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
- If your package is delayed beyond the estimated time, please contact our support team for assistance.
- We are not liable for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
- If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will reship your order or issue a refund according to our Refund Policy.
8. Pre-Orders & Custom Items
Pre-order and custom-made items may require additional production time. Estimated shipping dates will be provided in the product description or confirmation email.
